Body 2 is same thing as body 1 just more expencive

N1 I payed for body 1 and was not very happy. Application was crashing and minimum information provided.
N 2 bought body 2 got charged not only again for the same thing but even more!!! Same thing crashing and minimum info.
N3 how can I get my money back???
Very mad !!! To say it in the nice way.....
